I have often said that I choice to look at the world through my personal rose colored glasses. Often the way I remember a place is more rich and beautiful than reality. This is such a painting. The blanket of red poppies; flowers overflowing an old brick wall; and the golden light of a Tuscan sky invite me into a Florentine landscape. What a beautiful memory!
